## Why it matters

The second tranche of capacity actually delivered after the 2024 Green Data Centre Roadmap promised at least 300 MW in the near term, and the largest single allocation since the 2019 moratorium; power is the ceiling on Singapore compute, and 200 MW is the real increment under that constraint.

## Summary

On 21 August 2026, EDB and IMDA announced the outcome of the second Data Centre Call for Application (DC-CFA2): Digital Realty, Equinix, Keppel Data Centres and ST Telemedia Global Data Centres each receive a provisional 50 MW, 200 MW in total, all on the Sustainable Data Centre Park on Jurong Island. Conditions: at least 50% of power from low-carbon sources and Green Mark DC Platinum certification.
