梁振偉先生：政府沒有為 2026 年國慶日首映的兩部新加坡製作的 AI 生成電影《Trace Project》和《Bersama Majulah》提供資助。使用生成式 AI 本身並不決定一個專案能否獲得政府資助。資助機構會根據各自資助計劃的目標和評估標準來評估專案。

65 Mr Fadli Fawzi asked the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth (a) whether any funding was provided by the National Arts Council or any other Government agency for the two Singapore-made films created using AI that premiered on National Day; and (b) what is the Government's position on providing financial support for creative work that uses generative AI.

Mr David Neo : No funding from the Government was provided for "Trace Project" and "Bersama Majulah", two Singapore-made AI-generated films that premiered on National Day 2026. The use of generative AI does not, in itself, determine whether a project may receive Government funding. Funding agencies assess projects against the objectives and assessment criteria of their respective funding schemes.
