AMP addresses the gap between strong undergraduate research talent and later PhD-level research. It links late undergraduate study, a Masters by Research and AISG research themes into a shorter academic route, reducing the chance that strong students are pulled away too early by industry or overseas programmes.

How It Works
Support can last up to two years: up to one year of undergraduate allowance, then up to one year of Masters stipend and full local tuition. Universities nominate candidates, who need prior AI research experience such as UROP, research attachment or a main-track AI publication.
