Talent & Education
AI talent pipelines, university programmes and the education system — from school-level AI literacy to PhD tracks.
Without talent, no amount of compute gets used. Singapore’s AI talent pipeline runs from school-level AI literacy all the way to PhDs: AI Singapore’s AI Apprenticeship Programme (AIAP) retrains working adults into AI engineers, the TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) scales up tech skills, degrees and institutes at NUS, NTU and SMU build the research bench, and MOE pushes AI and computational thinking into classrooms. The goal is to spread the ability to use AI across the whole society, not just a handful of experts.
This hub gathers every parliamentary debate on AI talent and education, the related programmes and policy documents, and ministerial statements — from apprenticeships, university tracks and PhD pipelines to population-wide AI literacy and foreign-talent policy — so you can see how Singapore stocks up people for a long race.
