After the technical assessments, shortlisted candidates have to go through a final round of interviews. What actually happens during an AIA interview? There are two parts. First, a one-to-one session where candidates presents their technical assessment to our assessors. You're welcome to use tools like clock code to complete it, but in the room, you need to walk us through your thinking, defend your decisions, and show us you truly know what you built. We're not just checking if the code works. We're looking at how you think. The second part is a group case study, a real world AI problem statement, and a ticking clock. To make things even more realistic, mentor steps into the shoes of project sponsors, giving you the chance to ask questions and clarify requirements just like you would with a real client. Then begin building.
It's less about building a polished solution, but more about demonstrating your problem solving process, teamwork, and communication. In AI, while technical skills are important, collaborations and presentations are equally important in a real world setting, too.
