Advanced manufacturing is the first of the 2026 National AI Missions. Manufacturing is roughly a fifth of Singapore’s GDP, and the NAIS Update casts AI-driven robotics as a force multiplier for the sector — from semiconductors and precision engineering to aerospace, with public money flowing in through CTC grants and enterprise transformation programmes.
