AI Tester Accreditation Programme (AI TAP)

The AI Tester Accreditation Programme (AI TAP) is run by AI Verify Foundation for companies offering technical testing services for generative-AI applications. The Foundation describes it as the first programme of its kind in Asia, with applications expected to open in Q3 2026.

AI TAP accredits the capability of testing service firms; it does not certify that a specific AI system is risk-free. Assessment covers technical competence in declared testing services, company standing and track record, financial sustainability, operational readiness, and whether declared business scope matches actual capability.

Strategically, this moves AI Verify from tools and frameworks into market infrastructure. Enterprises will not have to rely only on vendor self-testing; they can procure recognised third-party AI assurance services. It fills the accreditation and service-market layer after Singapore’s principles, tools, and sandboxes.
