説明を展開
The Nebius supercompute centre is a public-private build with Nebius (formerly Yandex N.V.) at ~US$140m, scaled to fill Israel's gap of having no operational national supercomputer for AI training. Construction began 2024; first usable capacity is expected 2025-2026. Assessment: at ~US$140m the build is small relative to Singapore NSCC or HK Cyberport AISC's 3 000 PFLOPS plan. It addresses the most urgent symptom — local researchers having to rent foreign cloud — but does not put Israel on the global frontier compute map.
