説明を展開
RIA (Information System Authority) is Estonia's government IT infrastructure operator. AI-related functions: (1) Bürokratt development and operations; (2) X-Road operations; (3) government cloud / data centres / cybersecurity. RIA was founded in 2011 and is the core executing agency of Estonia's digital government transformation. Assessment: RIA is the actual delivery body in Estonia's AI strategy — translating MEIT's policy decisions into runnable systems. Its role is a slimmed-down Singapore GovTech — focused on government IT infrastructure rather than civilian AI / digital-economy promotion (which sits with e-Estonia / MEIT). The clean division of labour gives RIA exceptional throughput on government AI deployment.
