説明を展開
Elements of AI is the global benchmark for mass AI literacy. Created by University of Helsinki + MinnaLearn in 2018, originally targeting 1% of Finnish population (~55 000 people). By May 2023: 1 million+ learners enrolled across 110+ countries; translated into 26 languages; localised in 30 countries with university partners. Course design: ~30 hours total, basic ML / neural networks / philosophy / problem-solving / societal implications. Free for all, with University of Helsinki ECTS credit. Assessment: Elements of AI is the most replicable AI public-good asset of the 2020s — it required modest investment (~€2-3m initial development) but scaled globally because its approach matched what learners actually needed: low barrier, explanatory, no math gatekeeping. The question for Singapore is whether SkillsFuture or AISG can produce a comparable export — so far, no.
