📈 Singapore AI Policy Evolution
From the 2014 Smart Nation Initiative to the 2024 generative AI governance framework, Singapore's AI policy has moved through five distinct phases.

Defining event: Smart Nation Initiative（2014）
核心是奠定數字化基礎設施。新加坡推出智慧國家倡議，啟動 GovTech 改革，建設全國感測器網路和資料共享平臺。AI 尚未被單獨列為戰略重點，但資料基礎設施的投資為後續 AI 發展鋪平了道路。
